President

Vice President of Operations

Deb was named Vice President of Operations for Chem Service, Inc. as of January 1, 2006.  In her ten-year service to the company, Deb was an Assistant Sales Manager and Accounts Payable Manager before being promoted to VP of Operations.  Prior to Chem Service, Inc., Deb spent 25-years in the accounting field.  Currently, she is working towards obtaining a degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  In her spare time, Deb enjoys attending any and all sporting events and partaking in outdoor activities especially hiking and camping.  

Sales & Marketing Manager

Steve recently joined Chem Service, Inc. as the Sales and Marketing Manager. He has an extensive Sales, Marketing and Customer Service background with Hercules, Inc. which includes domestic and international assignments. He has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.

Out of the office you will find him on the golf course,...mostly in the rough! Steve is looking forward to helping Chem Service, Inc. grow its business by growing your business...a "win-win" situation!

Analytical Manager

Tedi has been with Chem Service, Inc. for 20 years.  Currently, she is the Analytical Manager, whose responsibilities include monitoring and controlling suitable process parameters in order to maintain and improve the quality of the company's product.  Prior to Chem Service, Inc., Tedi worked for the Food and Drug Administration as an analytical chemist for 11 years.  Tedi received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Chemistry from Rosemont College.

Synthesis Chemist

Dr. Royce has been a Synthesis Chemist with Chem Service, Inc. for seven years.  Her position includes such responsibilities as synthesizing pesticides, metabolites, and other organic chemicals that are not otherwise available for purchase.  Prior to Chem Service, Inc., Dr. Royce worked for Hercules Inc., James River Graphics, DuPont, and Upjohn Pharmaceutical.  Her credentials include a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemistry from St. Lawrence University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University.  When she is not working, Dr. Royce enjoys sailing and mastering the art of photography.

Technical Services Manager

John was hired in 1998 as the Technical Services Manager for Chem Service, Inc.  He currently holds the same position.  Before coming to Chem Service, Inc., John worked as a Business Analyst for Electric Data Systems in the Customer Service and Research Divisions, as well as, a District Executive with the Cradle Liberty Council.  John received a Bachelor's Degree in History at Lebanon Valley College and furthered his education at Duquesne University receiving a Masters Degree in American History.

Chemist

Mike has worked for Chem Service, Inc. for six years.  His position entails preparing all solutions including catalog items and custom standards.  Mike received his Bachelor's of Science in Organic Chemistry from Indiana University. He continued to further his education at the University of Texas where he received his Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry.  In his spare time, Mike enjoys attending sporting events, especially Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles games.

Production Manager

John has been with Chem Service, Inc. for 21 years.  When he first joined the company, John was a lab technician, then he was promoted to Assistant Production Manager.  In 1987 John was promoted to the position he current holds, Production Manager.  As Production Manager, John's responsibilities include ensuring customers receive the correct items ordered in a safe and timely fashion and managing personnel in the shipping and filling departments at Chem Service, Inc.  John received his Associates Degree in Science from Delaware County Communty College and obtained his BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
